Everytime there's a contest to win tickets or meet and greet with Nickelback in Canada or in North America, all Canadian fans can participate but Quebec fans can't! It always says..."everywhere around Canada (except Quebec)...". I know I should not complain about it because there's a lot of place in the world that are not eligible to these contests but Quebec is in Canada and I'm a proud french canadian girl that loves good music, doesn't matter where it comes from.
