I think both looks good on him, short hair makes him look younger and long hair older but it's both nice =)

I really like Chad's short hair, but I do kinda miss the long hair. Plus, I've noticed his hair has slowly gotten shorter as he has gotten older.

i think the new look suits him, but so did the old one! i think the old look was unique and very 'chad' , the new look is probably a bit more mainstream but maybe he wanted to tone it down a bit as he gets older! gotta say though hes looking decent for an almost 40 yr old!!!! and his voice is stil as epic as ever!!!! xx

All three. Long hair made him look like Jesus, dark horse hair softened his face, and his new hair is very masculine.
