    I could fill pages of similar info on various bands, this has two bars of that song in it, this has that bands drum run.That song has the same melody at the start as this song -small similarities are hardly considered fraud.
    Those of us who write music or are in bands do sometimes end up accidentally having a song sound like one of our fave bands in parts. Music has been around a long time - its gonna happen.

    You know some people seem to come onto a bands forum just to spread hate! drives me nuts! take the person who posted this thread! he/she made two threads of the same topic!
